It is really nice seeing some pride on West Sixth Street and Jefferson Street in downtown East Liverpool. The homes, owned by Mr. and Mrs. Dorsey Stowers, are being renovated, along with nice landscaping. That section of town serves as a model for others to renovate and landscape their homes.
Also, I have to mention the nice landscaping around Kent State University, and how good it is looking. Could this be the beginning of the recovery of our beautiful city to its glorious era?
Let's all join in and help our city bounce back. It is situated on the banks of the beautiful Ohio River and deserves a second chance.
