LISBON - Robert and Marcy Vincent, Salem, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica L. Vincent, to Jacob D. Kampfer, son of Kurt and Chris Kampfer, Leetonia.
The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of United Local High School and is employed with Premier Designs.
Her fiance is a 2006 graduate of Leetonia High School and is employed as a nurse at the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center.
