The bride is the daughter of Charles Locke, Rogers; and Sheri Mader, East Liverpool.
The groom is the son of Bill and Teresa Peddicord, New Waterford.

Pastor Jonathan George officiated the 2 p.m. ceremony.
The bride, escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, wore a strapless ivory gown of ivory with beaded details.
Britney Davis served as maid of honor in a strapless garnet dress. In matching dresses were bridesmaids Heather Kuo and Brianna Ivory.
Performing the duties of best man was Bob Jones. Groomsmen were Dave Siembida and Bryce Locke.
A reception for approximately 140 people followed at the Operating Engineers Union Hall in Boardman.
The groom is a construction foreman for Carter Components in Newton Falls.
The bride will graduate from Akron Law School in May.
Following a Caribbean cruise, the couple resides in Rogers.
