SALEM - Ron and Judie Berger, Salem, will be honored on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house reception from 4-7 p.m. April 28, at the Salem Elks. The reception is being hosted by their family.
The former Judie Wickersham, daughter of Kenneth and Gordie Wickersham, married Ron Berger, son of Ernest and Ida Berger, on April 8, 1962, at the Hanoverton Presbyterian Church. The Rev. John P. Borter performed the ceremony.
Mr. Berger is a self-employed farmer and a Butler Township employee. Mrs. Berger is retired. They are members of the Winona Evangelical Friends Church.

The couple have one daughter, Debbie Miller, Salem; two sons, Chad (Carrie) Berger, Homeworth, and Matt (Liza) Berger, Salem; nine grandchildren and one great-grandson.
A family celebration will take place in the summer in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
