INDUSTRY, Pa. - Laurae Cassidy Crossland, 85, passed away peacefully on April 3rd, 2012.
She was born on October 2nd, 1926 in Latrobe, PA. She was the daughter of the late Merwin and Agnes (Conners) Cassidy.
She was charter member of the Ohioview Industry Women's Club, member of St. Blaise Catholic Church, avid bridge player, and friend of the Beaver County Human Society.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vance Crossland, whom she married on April 18, 1949, son-in-law Charles Hillman, and great-grandson Tyler Jay Chrystal.
Survivors include her three daughters, Vance Chrystal of Jacksonville, FL., Laurae Kerchenko (Richard) of Phoenix, Az., and Kelly Hillman of Leetonia, OH. Six grandchildren, Laurae (Suri) Reddy, Kevin Kerchenko, Brian and Dana Chrystal, Casey and Kerry Hillman. Also, her two great-grandsons, Sean and Drew.
Rather than calling hours, a mass and luncheon are pending for family and friends to celebrate her life. Contributions may be made to the Beaver County Humane Society in her honor.
