LISBON - Fred and Valerie Brickner, Lisbon, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lindsay Brickner, to Alex Marotto, son of Jeffrey and Priscilla Marotto, Asheboro, N.C.
The bride-elect earned a bachelor's degree in Education at Baldwin-Wallace College in 2008. She is currently working as a second grade teacher with the Hillsborough County School System, Tampa, Fla.
Her fiance is a 2009 graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in aeronautical science. He is currently employed as a field sales engineer with Astro-Med Inc.
