SOLON -Sarah Marie Liston became the bride of Jason Richard Mitchell on Sept. 17 at the Church of the Resurrection.
The bride is the daughter of Gerald Lisbon, Solon.
The groom is the son of Richard and Karen Mitchell, East Palestine.

Rev. J. Mark Hobson officiated the noon Mass ceremony.
Escorted and given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless, A-line gown with dipped neckline and corset closure. it featured embellished corded lace and decorating Mikado flowers over satin with a drop tulle veil. She carried a bouquet of light green hydrangeas, pale pink roses, and white gardenias.
Katie Barker served as maid of honor is a navy blue, full length gown. In assorted navy gowns were bridesmaids Lindsay Czopur, sister of the groom; Anne Liston, Jennifer Rubin, sisters of the bride; and Julia Rubin, niece of the bride.
Performing the duties of best man was Stavros "Steve" Dukas. Groomsmen were Chris Kimmel, Joseph Liston, Thomas Lisbon, brothers of the bride; and Abe Tuttle. Lucas Archibald, cousin of the groom, served as ring bearer.
An afternoon reception followed at Punderson Manor Lodge, Newbury.
The bride earned a bachelor's degree in history from Sweet Briar College, Sweet Briar, Va. She is a project coordinator at Sarcom in Lewis Center.
The groom earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, and earned his professional engineering license in Columbus. He is an electrical engineer at Dynamix Engineering LTD., Columbus.
After a honeymoon in Maine, the couple reside in New Albany.
