ALLIANCE - Michael and Debra Bailey, Alliance, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kate Bailey, to Mark Miller, son of Richard and Kay Miller, Salem.
The bride-elect graduated from West Branch High School in 2004 and received a bachelor's degree in nursing degree from Kent State University in 2008. She is currently employed as a registered nurse at Salem Community Hospital.
Her fiance is a 2002 graduate of West Branch High School and received an associate's degree in dairy production and management in 2004 from Ohio State University-ATI. He is employed at Famous Supply in Sebring.

The couple is planning a Set. 29 private wedding ceremony at the Westville Community Bible Church. Invitations will be issued for the reception to follow at the Salem Golf Club.
