NEW WATERFORD - James and JoAnn Balassone, Boardman, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Balassone, to Ken Pasco, son of Gene Pasco, East Palestine; and Nancy Patton, New Waterford.
The bride-elect is employed by The Renal Group in Poland.
Her fiance is employed as a machine operator at Colfor Manufacturing.
