WELLSVILLE - Jack and Janess Howard, Wellsville, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Rachel Howard, to Joshua Beagle, son of Randy and Susan Beagle, New Manchester, W.Va.
The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of East Liverpool Christian School. She is currently attending Kent State University and will graduate in August with a bachelor's degree in psychology.
Her fiance is a 2006 graduate of Oak Glen High School. He currently works for a contracting company in Morgantown, W.Va.
