MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. - Kris and LeeAnn Williams, Moon Township, Pa., formerly of East Liverpool, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kylie E. Williams, to Vick Horton, son of Ann House, Beaufort N.C.; and Ben Horton, Moorehead City, N.C.
The couple is planning an Oct. 27 wedding at Ann Street Church in Beaufort, N.C.
