LISBON - Glenn and Shirl Criss, Lisbon, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their son, Jarrod H. Criss, to Rachel A. Kraus daughter of James and Carla Kraus, Bath.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Revere High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Akron with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She will be pursuing a career in the medical field.
Her fiance is a 1999 graduate of United Local High School and a member of the United States Navy. A Hospital Corpsman 1st Class, he is currently in Virginia serving as a search and rescue air crewman (medical technician) on HH 60H Seahawk helicopters. Since joining the Navy he has been deployed to Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan and Africa.
