EAST LIVERPOOL - Cynthia Vincent and Kenneth and Marie Vincent, East Liverpool, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Sheena Vincent, to John Montgomery, son of Herman and Debra Montgomery, East Liverpool.
The bride-elect is employed at Crestview Local School District as a seventh grade science teacher.
Her fiance is employed at Western and Southern Financial Group as a sales representative.

The couple is planning an April 28 wedding at Tappan Lake. A reception at Turkana Hills is scheduled for May 5.
