EAST LIVERPOOL - Mr. and Mrs. Randy Saracco, East Liverpool, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Natalie Saracco, to Andrew Garver, son of Mark and Janet Garver, Westerville.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Ohio State University and is a physical scientist in the forensic science field.
Her fiance is also an Ohio State graduate and finished his education at the Syracuse University College of Law and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. He is trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.
