LAURINBURG, N.C. - Lydia Elyse France and John Michael Peluso are announcing their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Rick and Karen France, Howland. A 2005 graduate of Howland High School, she earned a degree in art education from Capital University in 2009. She is currently employed as a middle school art teacher for Scotland County Schools, Laurinburg, N.C.
Her fiance is the son of John and Colleen Peluso, Columbiana. He graduated from Columbiana High School in 2001, and earned an associates degree from Kent State University. He is currently working and plans to continue his education.
