LEETONIA - Kelsie Jo Ray became the bride of Nicholas Lee Markijohn during an afternoon ceremony on June 25 at the Berlin Center United Methodist Church.
The bride is the daughter of David and Karen Ray, Leetonia.
The groom is the son of Cindy Markijohn and Philip Markijohn, both of Canfield.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white satin A-line gown with embroidered cap sleeves, chiffon split front overlay, and a chapel train. She also wore a double veil and carried a bouquet of hot pink, yellow and white gerber daisies.
Kelsi Garwood and Sara Schill served as matron and maid of honor, in floor-length horizon blue gowns. In matching gowns were bridesmaids Lisa Markijohn, sister of the groom; Kasey Baker, cousin of the bride; Rachael Chiles and Heather Buckner. Kailey Baker, cousin of the bride, served as flower girl.
Performing the duties of best man was Jason Markijohn, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Billy Snowden, Danny Cain, Nick Sanders, Luke Srock and Darren Ray, brother of the bride.
Guests were registered by Alli Stoy and bulletins distributed by Josh and Jake Stoy. Readings were given by Kasey Baker and Nick Sanders.
An evening reception followed at St. Mary's Assumption Social Center, Youngstown.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Crestview High School and a 2009 graduate of Kent State University where she earned a bachelor's degree in education. She is a second grade teacher at Buckeye Elementary School, Salem.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Western Reserve High School. He received a bachelor's degree in business from Kent State University in 2011 and is currently employed by Warren Construction.
Following a Caribbean cruise honeymoon to Nassau, St. Thomas, and St. Maarten, they visited Stone Mountain in Georgia and family in Florida and North Carolina. The couple resides in Leetonia.
