COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Rekha Glasser and Andrew Fowler are announcing their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Robert and Jo-Ann Glasser, Salem. She received a bachelor's degree in early childhood education at Youngstown State University in 2010, and is a Title One coordinator.
Her fiance is the son of Terry and Terri Fowler, Hanoverton. He graduated from Malone University with a bachelor's degree in integrated social studies and is employed as instructional para.
