To Coach Skrinjar and the Southern Local football team: Congratulations on a highly successful season. The reason you missed the playoffs is because you're a Division V team. You played eight teams which are Division VI.
Had Southern been in the ITCL upper tier they would have made the playoffs easily with a 9-1 record. The only two Division V teams you played had three wins between them. That's the simple reason you didn't make it.
Don't begrudge the Wellsville team or the state for your schedule, blame your A.D. and the ITCl.
