NEW SPRINGFIELD - April and Scott Bowlin, New Springfield and formerly of Salem, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Nicole Bowlin, to Ryan Andrew Brandow, son of Marcia and Curtis Brandow, Virginia Beach, Va.
The couple is planning a 1:30 p.m. Oct. 28 wedding at the St. James Meeting House in Boardman Park. A closed reception will follow at the Georgetown.
