ALLIANCE - Richard and Diane Shaffer, Alliance, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jenna L. Shaffer, to Matthew G. Bica, son of Thomas and Vickie Bica, East Palestine.
The bride-elect is completing her graduate degree at Texas Woman's University and is employed as a psychology intern for Allen Independent School District, Allen, Texas.
Her fiance is pursuing his master's degree at the University of North Texas and is employed as a psychology intern by the Fort Worth Independent School District, Fort Worth, Texas.
