EAST PALESTINE - Luann Gregory and Scott Bashor are announcing their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Terri Gregory, East Palestine, and the late Bob Gregory. She is employed with AT&T Mobility in Boardman as a customer service manager.
Her fiance is the son of the late Deborah Bashor. He is also employed with AT&T Mobility as a customer service manager.
