COLUMBIANA - Meghan Elizabeth Witmer became the bride of John Daniel Houck, July 23, at St. Jude Church in Columbiana.
The bride is the daughter of Rich and Margie Witmer, Columbiana.
The groom is the son of Ted and Kelly Houck, Columbiana.

The Rev. Paul Tobin officiated the 1 p.m. ceremony.
Escorted and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a strapless, sweetheart cut ivory gown encrusted with crystals and pearls. A rhinestone tiara secured her waist length veil that was accented with crystals and pearls. She carried a bouquet of hot pink calla lilies and stephanotis.
Nicole Witmer, Wooster, served her sister-in-law as matron of honor in a latte gown.
In matching gowns were bridesmaids, Jenn Witmer, Lisbon, sister-in-law of the bride; Lauren Houck and Katelyn Houck, Columbiana, sisters of the groom. Flower girl was Sophie Davis, cousin of the bride.
Scott Houck, Columbiana, brother of the groom, performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Mike Witmer, Lisbon; Rich Witmer, Wooster, brothers of the bride; and Doug Shaffer, Columbiana. Ring bearers were Brendan Butler, cousin of the groom, Ethan Davis, cousin and godson of the bride, and Cyrus Witmer nephew and godson of the bride.
A reception attended by approximately 300 guests was held at The Lake Club, in Poland.
The bride is a 2010 graduate of Youngstown State University and is employed as a teacher at Joshua Dixon Elementary School.
The groom is employed by the City of Columbiana.
After a honeymoon trip to Aruba, the couple resides in Lisbon.
