WASHINGTONVILLE - Dale Bell, Boardman; and Barbara Bell, Washingtonville, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Rachel Bell, to Adam McClarey, son of Bill and Debbie McClarey, Beaver Falls, Pa.
The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Leetonia High School. She also graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising. She is employed as a compliance specialist for Education Management Corporation in Pittsburgh.
Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of Blackhawk High School and earned a bachelor's degree in education from Kent State University. He is employed at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

The couple is planning a private 4 p.m. Oct. 29 wedding ceremony at The Barn at The Links at Firestone Farms. Invitations will be issued for the reception to follow.
