WEIRTON, W.Va. - Hope E. Allison, Weirton, is announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Michael Anne Allison, to Joseph W. Ketchum, son of Jeff and Maria Ketchum, Wellsville.
The bride-elect attended Oak Glen High School and is employed at Marathon Services, LaCroft.
Her fiance graduated from Wellsville High School and is employed at Sardello, Inc., Darlington, Pa.
