EAST PALESTINE - Sid and Cindy Cowan, East Palestine, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Holly Nicole Cowan, to Chad Allen Lewis, son of Steven and Paula Lewis, New Waterford.
The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of East Palestine High School. She is employed as a front desk associate at the Comfort Inn in Calcutta.
Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of Crestview Local High School. He is employed at Treeman Industries, Boardman.
