COLUMBIANA - Carol Rice, Columbiana; and Lorin Dickinson, Warren, are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Jill Dickinson, to Corporal Joshua Stevens, son of Soni and Jeff Stevens, Chicago.
The bride-elect is a graduate of the Casal-Aveda Institute in Austintown and Make-Up Designory, Burbank, Calif. She works as a stylist at Casal's de Spa and Salon in Canfield.
Her fiance attended Ashland University and Oakland Community College. He is a Corporal in the United States Army, stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, Colo.
