EAST LIVERPOOL - Sarah Fristick and Todd McDowell are announcing their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Eric and Teresa Fristick, East Liverpool. She is a 2010 graduate of East Liverpool High School and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in graphic design.
Her fiance is the son of Don and Pam McDowell, East Liverpool. He is a 2009 graduate of East Liverpool High School and is a member of the United States Army. He is currently serving in Afghanistan.
