HIGHLANDTOWN - Jean and Frank "Bevo" Francis celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Aug. 20 along with family and friends at the home of their son in Highlandtown.
The former Mary Jean Chrislip married Clarence Franklin Francis on Aug. 16, 1951 in Caldwell in a ceremony performed by the Rev. F.R. Gaugler.
The couple have two children, Marge Grimm, Wellsville and Frank (Gwen) Francis of Highlandtown; three grandchildren and one great-grandson.
