WELLSVILLE - James Bauer, Wellsville; and Susan Bauer, Austintown; are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Tiffany Anne Marie Bauer, to Bradley Thomas Osborne, son of Daniel and Margaret Osborne, Wellsville.
The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Wellsville High School and plans to pursue a career in early childhood education.
Her fiance is a 2007 graduate of Wellsville High School and a 2009 graduate of Pittsburgh Technical Institute, with an associates degree in safety and security. He is employed at Marsh Bellofram, Newell, W.Va.
