WELLSVILLE - John and Rose Benedetto, Wellsville, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a dinner party at the Wellsville Sons of Italy on June 25. The party was attended by family and friends.
The couple was married on June 23, 1951 at Immaculate Conception Church with Father Hennessy officiating.
Mr Benedetto is a retired from Titanium Metals, Toronto, and Mountaineer Racetrack and Resort.

Mrs. Benedetto is also retired from Mountaineer Racetrack and Resort.
They are members of Immaculate Conception Church and the Wellsville Sons of Italy.
They have three children, Teresa Morris, Wellsville; Frank Benedetto, East Liverpool; Cyndi Rosa, Las Vegas; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
