MINERVA - Vicki Carroll, Minerva; and Jim Carroll, St. Albans, W.Va.; are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Allison Marie Carroll, to Brandon William Harrison, son of Don and Sharlene Harrison, Hanoverton.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of United Local High School. She graduated from Youngstown State University in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and is currently working as the young adult coordinator for Family Recovery Center in Lisbon.
Her fiance is a 2003 graduate from United Local High School. He graduated from Walsh University in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in business marketing. He is currently the general manager at Fastenal in Salem.
