EAST PALESTINE - Ed and Kathy Byard, East Palestine, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Rebecca K. Trocheck, to Jason M. Trebus, son of Ron and Peggy Trebus, Niles.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Raphael's School of Beauty.
Her fiance is employed as a conductor with Norfolk Southern Railroad.
