SALEM - Crystal Navoyosky and Rodrigo Etcheto are announcing their engagement.
The bride-elect is the daughter of David and Karen Navoyosky of Salem. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in fashion design and is employed in Seattle, Wash., by Nordstrom, Inc. as a kids wear designer.
The prospective groom is the son of Hernan and Emely Etcheto of Olympia, Wash. He graduated from Duke University with a degree in mathemetics and is a marketing executive at Nutriom LLC in Olympia.
