NEGLEY - Megan Jones and Eric Dow, are announcing their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Anne Jones, Mineral Ridge; and the late Robert Jones. She is employed as an interior designer with Eckles Architecture & Engineering, New Castle, Pa.
Her fiance is the son of Brenda and Donald Colar, Rogers; and Brian and Vicki Dow, Alliance. He is employed as a miner at East Fairfield Coal Company, Petersburg.
