EAST PALESTINE - Mary Higgins, East Palestine; and Steven Keener, Wellsville; are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Melissa M. Keener, to Lance T. Guy Jr., son of Barbara Kay, Boardman; and Lance Guy Sr., Rogers.
The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Beaver Local High School and the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center where she received cosmetology certification. She is employed at Envelope 1, Columbiana.
Her fiance is a 2003 graduate of East Palestine High School and is self-employed.
