HANOVERTON - Mr. and Mrs. Paul Lewis Smith, Gavers Road, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a party hosted by their family at the Salem Saxon Club.
The former Judith Ann Taylor married Paul L. Smith on April 28, 1961 in Kensington. Performing the ceremony was Rev. CD Reed.
Mr. Smith is a retired truck driver.

Mrs. Smith worked at the Lion and Lamb Bookstore and is a homemaker.
The couple have four children, Tony (Connie) Smith, Michelle (Scott) Martin, all of Lisbon; Lisa (Dave) Schwartz, and Steve (Marlana) Smith, all of Hanoverton. They also have 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
