LISBON - Scott and Peggy Phillis, Lisbon, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Caitlin Rachel, to Raymond F. Beaver, son of Ursula Sherdahl, East Liverpool; and the late Robert Beaver.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Southern Local High School and the Ohio Valley College of Technology. She is employed by Adamson Veterinary Services, Salem.
Her fiance is a graduate of East Liverpool High School and is employed at MCSO.
