COLUMBIANA - Ray and Debbie Chapman, Columbiana, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Samantha Dawn, to Joshua Crow, son of Steven and Glenna Crow, Trenton.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Columbiana High School and a 2010 graduate of Columbus State Community College with a dietetic technician degree. She is currently employed with WIC in Columbus.
Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of Otterbein University with a bachelor's degree in biochemistry.
