WELLSVILLE - Rick and Lisa Miller, Wellsville are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Richelle LeeAnne Miller, to Nathan Richard Watson, son of Joyce and Bruce White and Thomas and Patty Watson, all of East Liverpool.
The bride-elect graduated from Wellsville High School in 2006, and Eastern Gateway Community College in 2010 with a degree in phlebotomy. She is employed at the East Liverpool City Hospital Lab and the EZ Care Walk-In Medical Center.
Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of East Liverpool High School and is currently working towards a degree in respiratory therapy at Eastern Gateway Community College. He is employed at the Wal-Mart Distribution Center.
