COLUMBIANA - Rich and Margie Witmer, Columbiana are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Meghan Witmer, to Dan Houck, son of Ted and Kelly Houck, Columbiana.
A 2006 graduate of Columbiana High School, she earned a bachelor's degree in early childhood education at Youngstown State University. She is employed as a second grade teacher at Joshua Dixon Elementary, Columbiana.
Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of Columbiana High School. He is employed by the city of Columbiana as a wastewater treatment operator.
