GLENMOOR - Bud and Janet Lockhart, Southington, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Tracy Rae, to Shanon Ray Fox, son of Charlene Seeley, Glenmoor.
The bride-elect earned an associates degree in accounting from Kent State University in 1998. She is employed by the Morning Journal, Lisbon.
Her fiance earned his Class A-CDL certification from Transport America in 2001. He is employed by R&L Carriers, Columbiana.
