SALEM - John and Cathy Hickman, Salem, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Katrina Hickman, to Russell Phillis, son of Donna Phillis, Alliance, and the late Richard Phillis.
The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of Beaver Local High School and the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center. She is self-employed.
Her fiance is a graduate of Salem High School and is employed at Miller-Holzwarth.
