Tips for a safe Super Bowl Sunday

It's Super Bowl Sunday once again, and to the delight of many local fans, the Pittsburgh Steelers are in it again, attempting to win their seventh championship.

Steelers fans, Green Bay Packers fans and the rest of the world have been anxiously anticipating tonight's big game.

All of the hoopla leading up to the big matchup has been a lot of fun for the die-hard fans and the not-so-gung-ho fans alike. It's been even more special this year with a local team to cheer for, but regardless of how tonight's big game turns out, we hope you'll keep a few things in mind for a safe Super Bowl Sunday.

This Sunday has become one of the deadliest drunk driving days of the year. According to the National Traffic Highway Safety Administration, almost half of all traffic deaths on Super Bowl Sunday are from drunk driving.

Of course there will be much to celebrate if the Steelers win the big one today or many reasons to drown our sorrows if they don't, but here are some tips to help avoid consuming too much alcohol this evening.
