NEGLEY - Rex and Kim McCoy, Negley, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Korisa McCoy, to Randy Shields, son of Jerry and Debbie Shields, Struthers.
The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Beaver Local High School and a 2005 graduate of The University of Akron's Family and Consumer Sciences Education Program. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in educational administration at Youngstown State University. She is employed as a Family and Consumer Sciences teacher by Poland Schools.
Her fiance is a 1998 graduate of Struthers High School and is currently enrolled in Kent State University's business program. He is employed at the Alliance Verizon Wireless.
