SUFFOLK, Va. - Julie Sell became the bride of Kenneth Sayre on Sept. 21.
The bride is the daughter of Nancy Sell, New Paris, Ind.; and Richard and Vicki Sell, Florida.
The groom is the son of Kenneth and Susan Sayre, East Liverpool.

The bride is a 1991 graduate of Wellsville High School and is employed at Lowes in Suffolk, Va.
The groom is a 1988 graduate of East Liverpool High School. After serving 20 years in the United States Navy he retired as a senior chief and is employed with Booz Allen Hamilton in Norfolk, Va.
The couple will reside in Suffolk, Va.
