NEW WATERFORD - Robert (Bob) and Joyce Peddicord, state Route 7, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 12 with a catered picnic and vow renewal hosted by their children and grandchildren.
Groomsmen duties were performed by the couple's sons, while their daughters-in-law served as bridesmaids. Their great-granddaughter served as flower girl.
The former Joyce Boggs, daughter of Harold and Violet Boggs, married Bob Peddicord, son of Perry and Mamie Peddicord, on June 14, 1960 at the East Liverpool Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Peddicord retired from General Motors, Lordstown, in 1994 after 30 years of service. He was stationed in Germany with the U.S. Army from 1956-59.
Mrs. Peddicord also retired from General Motors, Lordstown, in 1994 after 24 years of service.
They have three children, Bob (Tammy) Peddicord, Bill (Terry) Peddicord, and Jeff (Valerie) Peddicord, all of New Waterford. They also have five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
