ROGERS - Kathern Jo McCoy became the bride of William Matthew Garren, April 17, at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Rogers.
The bride is the daughter of Donald and Patricia McCoy, Rogers.
The groom is the son of William and Debbie Garren, Georgia; and Michael and Nancy Kidder, New Cumberland, W.Va.

Dr. Lester A. Hickman officiated the 3:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride, escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, wore an A-line gown of ivory satin with sequins and floral embroidery. A tiara of pearls and rhinestones accented a waist-length veil. She carried a bouquet of hydrangeas, lillies and freesia.
Nicole Elliott, Lisbon, served as matron of honor; and Maren Rankin, Columbiana, cousin of bride, served as maid of honor, in baby blue gowns. In matching gowns were bridesmaids Kristen Crabtree, Kent, cousin of bride; Laura McCoy, Negley, sister-in-law of bride; and Tina Rigby, Wellsville.
Flower girl was Abigail Spears, New Cumberland, W.Va., niece of the groom.
William Nutter III, East Liverpool, performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Mike Kidder, step-father of groom, New Cumberland, W.Va.; Joe Davis, East Liverpool; Matt McCoy, brother of bride, Negley; and Broch Elliott, Lisbon.
Ring bearer was Hayden McCoy, Negley, nephew of the bride.
Danielle Kelty, niece of bride, presided at the guest book and handed out programs. Kyle and Brooke Elliott, god-children of bride, and Zane McCoy, nephew of bride, handed out bubbles.
A reception, attended by approximately 300 guests, was held at the East Liverpool American Legion.
After a honeymoon to Universal Studios Orlando the couple resides in Glenmoor.
The rehearsal dinner was held at Casa De' Emmanuel, East Liverpool.
