Inge Jones

KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C. - Inge Jones, 82, of Kings Mountain, formerly of New Waterford, Ohio, died Dec. 11, 2009 in Cherryville, N.C.

Mrs. Jones was born on Feb. 24, 1927, in Kiehl, Germany, a daughter of the late Martin and Freida Pohl.

She retired in 1998 from the 7 & 14 Restaurant and moved to North Carolina in 2004.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Christian Raniolo.

Survivors include her children and their spouses, Richard M. Jones and wife, Sandy, of Poland, Ohio, Barbara Garrett and husband, Lonny, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Christine Raniolo and husband, Samuel, of Kings Mountain, N.C., grandchildren, Ryan Jones, Brianne Sutherin-Greenwalt, Lonny E. Garrett, and Samuel G. Raniolo, Jr. and great-grandchildren, Olivia, Elyssa and Tyler Greenwalt.

A memorial service will be held at as later date.
