EAST PALESTINE - Mr. and Mrs. James L. Steiner Jr., 48367 Heck Road, recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony. A reception followed at their home.
The former Mary Ann Richey married James Steiner on Sept. 8, 1984, at the home of the groom's parents in a ceremony performed by the Rev. Thomas O. Rice.
Mr. Steiner is a maintenance supervisor for Hall China Company, East Liverpool.
