BELOIT - Martin and Robin Shevetz, Lowellville, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lauren M. Shevetz to Johnathan D. Phillis, son of Rodney Phillis, Beloit, and Elaine Wolfgang, Columbiana.

The bride-elect is employed as a transportation engineer with the Ohio Department of Transportation, Akron.

Her fiance is employed as a salesman with Bonnie Plants, Homeworth.

The couple is planning a Nov. 7, wedding at Boardman Park. A reception will follow at The Links at Firestone, Columbiana.
